DGC Rotary distributor

The machine is ideal for sorting the product in several directions.

The machinery essentially consists of a rotating tube, driven by a gear motor, which is positioned at the desired discharge with the aid of precision limit switches.

The gearmotor has a variable speed (inverter) and is fitted with a self-braking motor. The material is fed in the upper part of the machine and is guaranteed by a loading mouth designed to receive the material and convey it inside the distributor. The expulsion of the material takes place through the unloading openings located in the lower part of the machine. The seal is guaranteed by a pad seal interposed between the pipe and the exhaust and which acts through an electropneumatic system when the pipe is in the selected outlet position.

Paddle conveyor TPC

The TPC model paddle conveyor has a construction shape that keeps the conveyor case perfectly clean.

The main transport element is composed of a chain to which special plastic pallets are attached.
The machine has a drive head, in which there is the drive pinion that transmits the motion to the chain, and a return head, in which the return wheel is located. The command is given by a parallel axis gearmotor with hollow shaft, the case is in press-bent sheet metal with a “U” shape.

It is possible to foresee the exit of the material even before reaching the conveyor head, providing in the case special shutters placed in the bottom of the machine.

REDLER Chain conveyor

The specially designed components that assemble the machine make it very robust and reliable, suitable for intense and prolonged use.

The heads (drive and return) are flanged to the boxes and are usually equipped with plummeted supports for the drive and flanged for the return. The crates are composed of bolted elements to simplify construction and maintenance. The deflection head is equipped with a speed control sensor and a calibratable anti-pollution system. An anti-flooding system is applied to the drain and a deflector is inserted near the intermediate shutters for a complete discharge of the product and the elimination of pollution.
The motorization, applied to the towing head, is usually guaranteed by a hollow shaft gearmotor. In particular cases the machine can be controlled by a gearmotor with pinion and chain transmission.

The machine is completely configurable from the case material (carbon or stainless steel), to the shape of the chain blades, to the chain guide (wear-resistant steel or polyzene), as well as for the possibility of inserting a double bottom or shutters specially designed for defined intermediate drains. All these configurations make the chain conveyor suitable for multiple uses while always maintaining the reliability that distinguishes it.

RTC Vertical cooler

The hot pellet is fed into the cooler box through the rotating feeder, the cold air enters the box through the extraction unit grid and cools the pellet.

The flow of cooling air that is created from the bottom up is given by the action of a fan connected to the suction hood. The cooler case is equipped with two level probes.
The minimum level indicator keeps the pellet layer in the container at a constant level. The indicator is adjustable in height for an excursion that varies depending on the machine model and the type of product to be cooled. When the indicator is covered by the pellets, the mobile grid controlled by the gear motor starts. The maximum level indicator mounted in the upper part of the case is used to stop the flow of the product into the container in the event of a fault or incorrect adjustment of the adjustable grid, preventing overfilling.

To divide the pellet load more evenly across the cooler area, a pyramid-shaped distributor of different sizes is mounted under the rotary feeder discharge depending on the model.

MOV Mixer

The material to be mixed is introduced into the mixer casing inside which the agitators (blades-plowshares-propellers) are located, which forcibly impart a rotary movement to the product as well as an internal movement contrary to the external mass which produces the desired volute after a predetermined time. mixing.

Maximum mixing precision and complete discharge thanks to the correct positioning of the blades. Contamination prevention thanks to the type of discharge damper and relative sealing gasket.

This machine is designed for the application of a kit for the injection of liquids, very useful in the manufacture of feed and pet-food; it can be equipped with pre-loading and unloading containers to speed up production cycles.

It is available in three different sizes: 1000 liters, 2000 liters, 4000 liters and with an aspiration system with filter, as well as an air recycling system.

ECA Bucket elevator

The motorization varies according to the discharge capacity and height, in all cases the engine is equipped with a backstop to avoid flooding during sudden stops with the lift loaded. The conveyor consists of a foot and a head connected through boltable rods of a special section.

Inside the elements runs a belt, complete with buckets, which is guided by two pulleys, the drive pulley (rubber coated) is located on the head and is controlled by a hollow shaft orthogonal axis gearmotor, the return (made in a cage) is inside the foot which can be equipped on request with speed control and anti-skid sensors (there is also the self-cleaning version to minimize pollution).

In the head there is a drafting system for the alignment of the pulley regardless of the carpentry; the foot, on the other hand, is equipped with a fastening system with screws for tensioning the belt. The cups are of various sizes and materials, based on the material to be transported, and the required flow rate. The first barrel has a door for inspection and any maintenance, the other barrels can be equipped with an explosion-proof panel.

CA Screw conveyor

Its strength is simplicity, in fact it consists of a helical coil, in carbon steel, stainless steel or with high abrasion resistance, welded in its internal diameter on the crankshaft. Usually at one end there is a flanged support, and at the opposite the gearmotor is applied which can be with parallel or perpendicular axes, with hollow shaft. The machine can be equipped with speed control and anti-clogging sensors.

The rotary motion ensures the advancement of the product which receives the thrust from the helix of the coil itself. The pitch of the loop is chosen according to the type of material to be transported. Depending on the use, the coil can be constant or with variable pitch. The helix can also be left-handed or right-handed depending on the direction of transport (there is also the solution with the intermediate feeding of the material which provides for the coexistence of the two cases). The control unit consists of a gearmotor, generally located on one end of the machine, which transmits motion to the crankshaft directly or by means of a pinion and chain or belt and pulley transmission. The entry of the material to be transported takes place in the upper part of the screw conveyor, and is usually guaranteed by a loading mouth designed to receive the material and convey it inside the conveyor. The material is discharged by gravity or by thrust through the unloading openings located in the lower part of the machine. In the case of two or more exits, it will be necessary to use shutters for the management of end users.

The auger can be configured according to the use for which it is intended (conveyor, extractor, mixer) and can have one or more axes (single, double, quadruple) and multiple longitudinal boxes (with intermediate supports).
