The bucket elevator produced by CaReDi mod. ECA is suitable for the vertical transport of bulk materials, with variable flow rates from low to high, depending on the model.
The motorization varies according to the discharge capacity and height, in all cases the engine is equipped with a backstop to avoid flooding during sudden stops with the lift loaded. The conveyor consists of a foot and a head connected through boltable rods of a special section.
Inside the elements runs a belt, complete with buckets, which is guided by two pulleys, the drive pulley (rubber coated) is located on the head and is controlled by a hollow shaft orthogonal axis gearmotor, the return (made in a cage) is inside the foot which can be equipped on request with speed control and anti-skid sensors (there is also the self-cleaning version to minimize pollution).
In the head there is a drafting system for the alignment of the pulley regardless of the carpentry; the foot, on the other hand, is equipped with a fastening system with screws for tensioning the belt. The cups are of various sizes and materials, based on the material to be transported, and the required flow rate. The first barrel has a door for inspection and any maintenance, the other barrels can be equipped with an explosion-proof panel.
