Belt conveyor

The transport element of the machinery consists of a belt pulled by two pulleys, one for towing (coated to increase grip) located in the head of the conveyor which acts as a driving wheel as it receives motion from the motor unit and one for return, located on the tail of the conveyor, with adjustable device for tensioning the belt. The conveyor crates are in bolted elements, in press-folded sheet metal.

The belt is of various sizes and materials based on the material to be transported and the required capacity, and can be equipped with sides and pallets according to the use.

Pellet cleaner

At the entrance to the machine, a self-regulating distribution valve distributes the product uniformly over the entire width of the sieve.
The jolting oscillation of the case containing the screens occurs through the action of a pair of vibrators; according to the adjustment, the oscillations make the product advance more or less and at the same time keep the screen clean. This operating principle allows high capacities and ensures a good sieving effect without additional devices for cleaning the sieves.

The machine is available in three sizes, in relation to the required capacity.

Grain cleaner

At the entrance to the machine, a self-regulating distribution valve distributes the product uniformly over the entire width of the sieve.
The jolting oscillation of the case containing the screens occurs through the action of a pair of vibrators; according to the adjustment, the oscillations make the product advance more or less and at the same time keep the screen clean due to the jolting action of the cleaning balls. This operating principle allows high capacities and ensures a good sieving effect without additional devices for cleaning the sieves.

The machine is available in three sizes, in relation to the capacity the customer needs.

Centrifugal separator

The separator is ideal for separating foreign bodies from loose flour products.

The separation element consists of an impeller with serrated and inclined blades – usually in steel – mounted on the periphery of the impeller, which allow foreign bodies (waste) to advance towards the head discharge, while the product passing through a circular screen in perforated sheet metal is discharged into the central hopper.

The capacity of the machine varies depending on the material to be processed, in fact it could be ideal to use it upstream of the fine grinding for the separation of flour or material coming from the pre-breaking of an already adequate size which would otherwise limit the capacity of the mill.
The feeding of the material takes place forcibly through an auger inside the screen; while the expulsion of the product instead takes place in the central hopper, while the waste advances in the second hopper at the head of the machine.

The machine is available in single and double versions, in relation to the flow rate that the customer wants or needs to have.

Blade extractor

The EPC model blade extractor is a machine that is widely used on plants that handle the processing of materials that are difficult to handle, facilitating unloading from containers.

It consists of a box where a blade impeller rotates inside, driven by a gearmotor (flanged on the bottom of the machine), which moves the product inside the container and moves it outwards where there are one or two opposite outlets. regulated by manually or pneumatically adjustable bands for product discharge.

Micro dosing

The micro dosing system is used for very accurate dosing of micro components such as vitamins or supplements.

The system consists of two tubular augers which dose the product until the desired quantity is reached.
The larger auger has the function of dosing the “large” part of the desired quantity, while the smaller auger has the task of refining the dosage by adding small quantities to reach the required quantity with maximum precision.
The components are proportioned one by one and are subsequently transported to the next processing.

Medium dosing

The medium dosage system is used for the dosage of powdered products and mineral salts.

The system is usually composed of hoppers and / or big-bag holders that dose the material into the central weighing container.
The components are proportioned and weighed one by one and are transported to the next processing stage.

Macro dosing

The macro dosing system is used for dosing raw materials into flour, or large quantities of material.

The system is usually composed of small / medium-sized silos coupled to an extraction and dosing unit, such as a blade extractor coupled to a tubular screw, which dose the material on a weighing container to collect the required quantity. The components are proportioned and weighed one by one and are subsequently transported to the next processing.

Hammermill

The operation of the grinder is based on the principle of crushing the product by striking the hammers on the material.

The grinder essentially consists of a grinding chamber (case), inside which a single or a pair of impellers rotate, equipped with bearing discs with multiple rows of articulated beaters (hammers). The rows are offset from each other so that the product, if it does not fall into the field of action of the hammers of one row, can be crushed and pulverized by the hammers of the next row. Once the crushed product has reached the desired degree of fineness, it exits through the semi-cylindrical grid (sieve) mounted in the lower part of the crate. The flour thus separated falls into the underlying hopper to be sucked up by the pneumatic transport or by another transport device.

The double impeller hammer grinder is ideal for those who want a “round” grinding of the product, that is, rich in semolina. This result is achieved thanks to the extremely violent impacts and the slashing effect that are produced in the tangential area where speeds of 150-200 m / sec are reached. With an energetic pneumatic suction system this effect is further increased.

COBRA Chain conveyor

The specially designed components that assemble the COBRA chain conveyor make the machine robust and reliable, suitable for intense and prolonged use.

The heads (drive and return) are flanged to the boxes, and are usually equipped with straight supports for the drive and flanged for the return. The crates are composed of bolted elements to simplify construction and maintenance and the inclined crates are equipped with a double bottom for the anti-return of the material. The deflection head is equipped with a speed control sensor and a calibratable anti-pollution system. Towing, we find an anti-flooding system and a deflector for a complete discharge of the product and the elimination of pollution.
The motorization, applied to the towing head, is usually guaranteed by a hollow shaft gearmotor. In particular cases the machine can be controlled by a gearmotor with pinion and chain transmission.

The machine is completely configurable from the material of the case (carbon steel or stainless steel), to the shape of the “K” or double “O” blades of the chain (particularly suitable for transport on very inclined surfaces), to the guide for the chain (steel anti-wear or polyzene), as well as for the possibility of inserting a double bottom or shutters specially designed for any intermediate drains.

It is possible to foresee the exit of the material even before reaching the conveyor head, providing in the case special shutters placed in the bottom of the machine.
