The DGC rotary distributor is a machine that is widely used on plants that handle the processing of bulk materials.
The machine is ideal for sorting the product in several directions.
The machinery essentially consists of a rotating tube, driven by a gear motor, which is positioned at the desired discharge with the aid of precision limit switches.
The gearmotor has a variable speed (inverter) and is fitted with a self-braking motor. The material is fed in the upper part of the machine and is guaranteed by a loading mouth designed to receive the material and convey it inside the distributor. The expulsion of the material takes place through the unloading openings located in the lower part of the machine. The seal is guaranteed by a pad seal interposed between the pipe and the exhaust and which acts through an electropneumatic system when the pipe is in the selected outlet position.
